I am one of Dr. Senadhi's first patients after setting up his practice in Montgomery and I am most grateful for the referral. He has proven to be a brilliant doctor and a gifted diagnostician! Beyond his medical capabilities, Dr. Senadhi is a concerned, caring, kind, and thorough physician who goes the "extra mile" for his patients. Dr. Senadhi saved my life back in July 2018 by rushing me to UAB Liver Transplant Team. Dr. Senadhi had called ahead and had everything arranged to begin the process and steps to get on the transplant list. I was diagnosed with Liver Disease in 2017 by Dr. Senadhi. He has treated me ever since. He actually spends the time to talk to you and give you the medicine that will treat you and relieve your pain. His staff is also very friendly and helpful. I would also like to say a special thank you to Rebecca. She also helped me at my worst time. I received my transplant on September 1, 2018 and so far have been going good. Dr. Senadhi recently treated me for C-Piff and helped me through it. I owe my life to Dr. Senadhi and his team. Thank you.

Excellent Care! Listens when I try to say something. Because of tongue cancer and surgery, I have a speech impediment and don't speak very well. Very prompt with appointments. No long waiting. Very quick to assess my problems and prescribe meds as treatment for them. Noticed that I was getting weak and decided I needed some help taking care of my peg site. Ordered some home health. Before coming to the Gastroenterologist, my stomach cramped daily. I had Cronic Constipation. Everything I took for constipation made my symptoms worse. I was unable to have a bowel movement for 3 to 4 days and then it would be hard and I would have to strain to pass the stool. With the treatment I received from Dr. Senadhi, I no longer have those issues. The medication worked well.

Before I seen Dr. Senadhi, I was on my death bed. My stomach was very large and Dr. Senadhi ordered two gallons of fluid to be removed. My MELD score was a 19 at first and now it has come down to a 9. While in the hospistal, Dr. Senadhi ordered several imaging and tests to help firgure out what was wrong. He has great bed side manner and answers all questions. If it was not for him I do not think I would be here. I would refer him to anyone.

My mother Sandra was diagnosed with gastric cancer in July 2017. Dr. Senadhi immediately began an aggressive campaign to treat her with a goal of the absolute best outcome with a grim diagnosis and prognosis. Dr. Senadhi explained her treatment options and talked with my mom and I with patience, empathy, and kindness. He recommended and referred her to in his opinion the best surgeon in the region. This was Dr. Patel at Emory Clinic. Dr. Patel was god sent just as Dr. Senadhi was. Dr. Patel expertly performed her surgery immediately following mom's first complete chemo. When she followed up in one month, Dr. Patel said she was a miracle. When she followed up with Dr. Senadhi, he said she was a miracle. Dr. Senadhi has maintained close surveillance during the past four years. He is the absolutely best gastroenterologist far and near. He will forever be in our hearts. I came down with a bacteria called H. Pylore. I did not know how I got it or where it came from. Dr. Senadhi treated me for 3 years back and forth. When COVID-19 hit, I could not be treated with medications because I could not see the doctor. When they started calling me back it was still there. Between times, I was treated with a antibiotic. Dr. Senadhi called everywhere to get this for me. He is my hero. He saved my life.
